Passion

My passion is assisting others to feel the aliveness of their being, the joy in their hearts and peace in their bodies. Whether it comes through bodywork, coaching, sessions or tools, it is my hope you to realize you are already complete and healthy, there is nothing wrong with you. Anything that clouds that knowing is an illusion, a distortion which can be cleared and shifted.

I love helping people remember their wholeness, release limitations, step into their power and open to new possibilities. 

Background

For as long as I remember, I have been fascinated by the relationship between the mind, body and the emotions. The way our thoughts direct our experiences and color our perception. The complexity of our bodies and the beauty of nature itself left me curious, thirsty for more.

This thirst led me to study a vast array of topics including eastern traditions, esoteric wisdom, universal laws, Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, psychology, nutrition, healing modalities, both inside and outside the classroom.

While I decided to pursue nursing in 2008, as it would serve me most consistently in the long run, I never stopped learning about my true passions, health and wellness. A lifelong student, I will forever continue seeking deeper inner-standing and knowledge.

The experience of working over eight years as a Hospice Nurse, gave me the opportunity to be a source of support for countless patients and their families though their dying process. It allowed me to hold space for deep emotional wounds, taught me patience, compassion, boundaries, and the power of presence.

Most importantly, Hospice helped me gain a deep appreciation for life. I saw that too many souls were leaving this world disconnected, unhappy, and with potentials unmet. I know it does not have to be this way, I envision a world where no one has to experience that kind of regret. This is why I assist you, the living, to heal yourself, to love yourself, and to achieve all the dreams that you are meant to accomplish.
